The HVAC unit and fridge in the room was extremely noisy. We were unable to open the window in our room (no screens??) and so had to use the air conditioner to cool down the room from 26 degrees. The cycles are very noisy in such a small room (404). The fridge is also very loud. This resulted in a very poor and expensive sleep! Ear plugs might do the trick.
CACACAlocation was great for us. The beauty of the falls while sitting in the hot tub was amazing.
The bed was not comfortable, room was so small they put the TV on the wall next to the side of the bed. The top floor where we were sleeping was way too hot. There was no elevator to the top floor.

CABeautiful location. Very clean, food was good, service was excellent, bed was very comfortable. All servers were aware it was for my daughter’s birthday so they celebrated with a candle in her dinner dessert and a mimosa at breakfast. It was great. The massage at the spa was awesome.
I didn’t know that the hot tub could be used by all guests so I didn’t bring a bathing suit. I preordered a charcuterie board but it had only 2 small pieces of cheese on it - both hard cheese. Also had nuts on it and my daughter is allergic which I had said in the booking. This stay was for my daughter and me. At $38 I expected bigger slices of cheese as in the photo and fruit to replace the nuts given the stated allergy.
CABeautiful area in nature. The sound of the rapids is very soothing. At night they have white lights strung up and a few firepits going and it gives the hotel a very serene feel. The staff was warm and welcoming. The massages we had were the best we ever had also. Our room was nice and the view was lovely.
