CAStaff were helpful, and we liked the quiet period, not too many guests.
We booked one of the most expensive rooms in the Eco Lodge building. While the room was very nice (we did stay there before), spacious, the king size bed very comfortable. there was a problem with the heating system. It was so loud that we couldn't sleep properly during the first night. We reported it the following morning and it was fixed, but we shouldn't have had to experience this level of noise discomfort in the first place and lose one night's sleep during a supposedly relaxing getaway. We expected some compensation for this inconvenience, but we didn't get any, not even a free drink. We were also not very happy with the food options at the Le Muse restaurant. It only allowed for the Table d'Hôte option, which is too much food for me. The menu also definitely needs to take into account that there are people at this day and age that don't eat meat. Luckily, we eat fish and there was ONE menu item that we could choose.
