Very peaceful nights stay for a conference in the NEC Easy 15-20min walk to the NEC (don't follow google maps) Lovely cooked english breakfast in the morning

Lovely room, welcoming host and great breakfast

The host was wonderful and waited up especially for our late arrival. Wonderful breakfast , warm, inviting and comforting dining room. They could not do any more for us. Very good location near to the station.we will return

Very hospitable and cosy accommodation

Stayed here with my kids after we got back from the airport. Very comfortable and quiet. Kids loved the horses and the cats! They also liked seeing the planes. Breakfast was fabulous too.

Nothing. Although I was tired after the flight and got a bit lost finding the place!

Nothing in particular, It served a purpose

It’s in the flight path so you hear planes taking off frequently, the door frame was rotten in the bathroom, and some mould on the ceiling, there was only a quarter of a roll of toilet paper, some of the sugar sachets had gone hard so had been there a while, didn’t really feel it was good value for money, and a vehicle turned that I believe was something to do with the main residence, as no other guests were staying that evening,this was after 21:30 playing loud music, which wasn’t particularly helpful when trying to sleep due to an early morning flight, and didn’t get to sample breakfast due to leaving at 06:00 and it’s not served until after 07:00.
