"Exceptional"

I have stayed here a few times now for the NEC. It is great to be away from the large impersonal hotels on the complex. Accommodation is in a converted stable block, and breakfast in the traditional farmhouse dining room. The owner is friendly and good communication throughout. If the weather is good, it is possible to walk to the NEC. Because this is a B&B, there is no food available, but the owners recommend some places in the nearby town and also for delivery.

Location was excellent for our visit to the NEC. The room was very clean and comfortable, and a very peaceful setting. You do hear the planes overhead but didn't find them disturbing at all. The en suite was nicely done, with a decent shower. Camilla was very friendly, helpful and accommodating.

Nothing really. Could provide a greater selection of teas/drinks in the room perhaps, but what was supplied was fine

"A perfect location for pre-travel or NEC short term stay"

Great communication ahead of our arrival. The location is excellent for the airport and NEC. At the same time, you feel as if you're somewhere in the countryside with horses for neighbours!

Parking can be a bit tricky.

"Convenient base for the NEC"

Good communication from the host who was very helpful. Proximity to the NEC is handy. Had good amenities for a night or two. Simple but tasty breakfast.

Obviously can’t be avoided but there is quite a lot of noise from planes flying overhead. The host said they didn’t have a spare key for our room to be able to service it after the first night which we found unusual, but did ask us if we needed anything replenished. Also it’s that time of the year but there were a couple of spiders in the room and some cobwebs.

"Lovely stay in a cute, well located B&B"

Great location, 20min walk from the NEC. Cute little room and well equipped. Lovely owner as well, no real complaints

The mattresses are pretty hard, I felt it the next morning.
