Location was brilliant for the airport.

Bed was hard, pillows not the best,also I know we was next to the airport but didn't expect so much noise from the airport till about 11pm at night and started again at about 4.30am in the morning did not get back to sleep from then,so was tired for my own plane journey,hence beautiful location.

just what we needed for a short stopover with breakfast. Good homemade cooking.

Lovely B&B in a perfect location for the NEC

Ideal location for the airport and the parking facility was great

The property was ideally located for attending an event at the NEC, with around a 30 minute walk to the far end of the site. We appreciated Camilla going out of her way to provide a cooked breakfast on Bank Holiday Monday, despite this not normally being offered.

The smaller room we booked felt quite cramped for four people, and there was some confusion around the advertised BBQ and garden facilities, which are not on offer as described in the listing. This was from Covid times apparently. While an alternative was eventually worked around and we took ourselves away to bbq at a local public facility we feel the advert should be updated so it more accurately reflects the current facilities on offer.
