Edinburgh Townhouse

The room was fine we just were not warned on the five flights of stairs that were straight at the door BEFORE the two more flights of stairs on the listing :)

Small but nice Helpful staff, good Internet and location

The guy at reception gave us a very warm welcome, excellent service! You need to climb many stairs. Our rom was nice with big TV and plenty of space, but only small bathroom with tiny shower. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come again!

Good location and price but felt a bit more like a hostel with nice decor than a hotel or guesthouse. Loads of stairs even to reception so not for the weak of heart or legs.

after 5 flights of stairs, the room was very nice...the modern chair could have been more comfortable but the bed was wonderful!

Cutely furnished ensuite that had a great view of North Castle Street. The staff was friendly and attentive.

This is an adorable little guesthouse! Yes the reception is up a couple flights of stairs but don't let that deter you. Staff is super friendly and our room was so cute and comfortable. It is perfectly situated in new town close to bars, restaurants and grocery stores. Great stay!

Lovely friendly staff. Very clean and a comfortable bed. Nice bathroom products. Long haul up three flights of stairs with heavy bag. Room behing desk noisy even when people are talking at normal volume. No bedside lamp and couldn't open window.

We stayed two nights in this nice and friendly boutique hotel. It is in a great location to explore the new town side of Edinburgh. The room was clean and warm and just right for a short break.

Excellent fir budget hotel Suited our needs and location was excellent. Staff extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend as long as you can manage the stairs.
