We have 2 family rooms both providing good space and comfort with an en-suite shower room with heated towel rail, hairdryer, tea/coffee making facilities, desk and work chair, flat-screen TV with Freeview and free Wi-Fi. Great value for a group of 3 friends or parents and a child over 12. A super king double and one single bed, or a 3 single bed configuration is possible. Our deluxe double and twin rooms have their own individual style and character, including our converted cellar room with a whirlpool bath! They all offer space and comfort with work desks and chair, modern ensuite shower rooms with heated towel rail, hairdryer, tea/coffee making facilities, smart TV and free Wi-Fi. Please note, all rooms are on the upper floors, except the cellar room. Rooms are allocated at time of booking, if you would like to request a specific room please do let us know and we will try to accommodate, if possible.

Handy for N.E.C. Nice pub opposite the Springfield doing good food, and more pubs/restaurants about a 10/15 minute walk. James was a very welcoming host, and the place was spotless throughout. Good breakfast.

Great breakfast, very nicely served and set me up for the day. Very welcoming, friendly host. The room was cosy and exceptionally clean. For my needs the location was great, I needed to go to the NEC.

The room was a little snug, but I wasn’t doing an aerobics class so it wasn’t really an issue!
