Our deluxe double and twin rooms have their own individual style and character, including our converted cellar room with a whirlpool bath! They all offer space and comfort with work desks and chair, modern ensuite shower rooms with heated towel rail, hairdryer, tea/coffee making facilities, smart TV and free Wi-Fi. Please note, all rooms are on the upper floors, except the cellar room. Rooms are allocated at time of booking, if you would like to request a specific room please do let us know and we will try to accommodate, if possible.

Our largest room at the top of the house, it has a huge super king double bed, dressing table and stool, chaise lounge sofa, marble coffee table, original period feature fireplace, hairdryer, tea/coffee making facilities, 40-inch flat-screen TV with Freeview and free Wi-Fi. We had a lovely stay at Springfield House. Our room was a good size, nice and bright. Owners were brilliant, very welcoming and nothing too much trouble. Breakfast was lovely with a good choice of options. Hotel lovely and clean. Ideal location for the NEC. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be booking again. Thank you 🙂

Lovely period property. Very clean and nice fresh decor. Rooms were nicely furnished and comfortable.James and Hansel were really nice and welcoming, with nothing being too much trouble . Would definitely recommend.

"A welcoming stay."

A group of 5 of us stayed for one night as we were attending Crufts at the NEC. Our host was welcoming and accommodating as we arrived, recommending where to go to eat that evening. We were all shown to our rooms (3 in total), all of which were clean and comfy and given a preorder sheet to fill in for breakfast the next morning for a time that suited us. The beds were comfy and we all got a great night sleep before our next busy day. When we came down for breakfast our tea and cereal was already set out on the table and there wasn’t a long wait for the hot food. All of our plates went back empty and it set us up well for the rest of our day. We would definitely recommend staying here if visiting the NEC or nearby. Our car was safely off the road for the evening and it was a good distance from the NEC.

"Fabulous BnB, would stay again."

Lovely private room. Very clean and cozy. Huge bathroom with shower and bath. Hosts were very accommodating and organized for me to have a take-away breakfast because I had to leave very early.

Well what a find, this is a lovely place to stay, James was absolutely brilliant and the communication was second to none, The breakfast cooked by Hanzel excellent and the stay was lovely being clean, tidy and very comfortable. We enjoyed so much that we are returning next year. Cant fault thanks you

Upon arrival we were welcomed and shown to our room. From that point the hotel and owners did not disappoint. Room 2 was on the 2nd floor facing the street. The room was clean, warm and cosy. Thank you.

Our stay was excellent with no issues.
