Met all expectations , great breakfast well cooked and the full English was not greasy. Room warm, clean, comfortable. Parking was off road on site. Location was perfect for NEC. James was extremely helpful and obliging. Interior decorating was excellent -lots of thought had gone into making the place stylish

I didn’t see much because he didn’t let me in

At the booking I confirmed my time of arrival between 22:00-23;00 and payed full amount for the room. But at arrival the owner argued that I didn’t reply on his emails and therefore considered this booking as no show after 9pm? Therefore gave my room to someone else at 9h30pm?
