Our deluxe double and twin rooms have their own individual style and character, including our converted cellar room with a whirlpool bath! They all offer space and comfort with work desks and chair, modern ensuite shower rooms with heated towel rail, hairdryer, tea/coffee making facilities, smart TV and free Wi-Fi. Please note, all rooms are on the upper floors, except the cellar room. Fabulous property, sympathetically modernized and tastefully decorated. James welcomed us on arrival and check in was easy. Loved that we had a quiet attic room and although the bed was only a double it was very comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean, the bathroom was particularly pristine. Great shower - the water was hot and the pressure was really good. Hansel cooked a wonderful full English in the morning. The location is away from the NEC but only a short commute to there (or the airport).

"Great place to stay"

Stayed for one night, great location for Birmingham Airport. Owners were the perfect hosts, friendly, informative and couldn’t do enough.. Room was cosy and clean. Lovely Breakfast!!!

"Overall , a nice place to stay."

Breakfast was fabulous with a wide range of choices available.

If I was being very picky , the car park at the rear of the property was slightly cramped to turn a vehicle around, but never had a problem getting a space. It was difficult to see traffic coming along the road when leaving the property. I believe there were improvements due to be made the same day I was leaving.

I used this property as my base in Birmingham while I was attending an event at the NEC. It was so conveniently located the owners were so friendly and helpful that I wouldn’t hesitate to return to this lodging, should I have another event in Birmingham? The property has been recently updated. I really like the modern bathroom facilities.

"Lovely comfortable B & B"

Lovely room, very comfortable bed, peaceful nights sleep with no noise from outside. Good shower and good breakfast. Very enjoyable stay. Grateful for the little honesty shop on the landing.
