VERY helpful and friendly Great communication

Walkability is very important to me and is hard to find in St. Thomas outside of downtown areas. This property is an easy and safe walk to Red Hook or Secret Harbor (take the dirt rd behind the hotel). The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.

Very clean, friendly staff, close to everything, very well mamaged property. You can walk to shoping, dinning, harbor for pretty much all of the excursions. Sea world is 8 minutes drive. Very professionally managed. We forgot my jacket at the hotel, they sent it to the airport for us. Tjere are water and drinks in the fridge, water is only $1 a bottle, and soft drink is only $2. Breakfast is great, on the patio over looking the sea, great view. Above and beyond customer service. We will come back again. I rented a car during our stay, by the time we leave I added $10 gas only. We were out everyday on excursions and dinner, this just tells you how close everything is. Very convenient.

The property was in a residential area, but quiet. The staff were so helpful and dedicated to making your stay comfortable.

Personal was incredible friendly attentive nice view the only thing need to change is no tv service and the access to the property is bad if you want to walk outside of the property is super dangerous only access is by cars need to change that

Just down from Red Hook and a 6 minute walk over the hill to Secret Harbor, great location. Only no pool! That was the only negative!

Everything about this hotel was wonderful

Great boutique hotel find overlooking the bay. I would recommend getting a room with a balcony that overlooks the bay.
