Two Sandals – A Boutique Hotel

No one at check in couple there previously had been waiting over a half hour. finally someone showed them to their room. Upon return I said I needed to check in - he took me to THEIR room. Then called his boss who was on phone and told me my room and passcode to get in. It didn't work. He then had his guy there try saying the code OUT LOUD at least 10 times as he tried. After 20+ minutes of this ridiculousness and also being told to attempt entry to an occupied room (person in room not pleased) I called the ritz to get picked up to get a decent room and service. The taxi from the Ritz came before the promised "5 more minutes" from guy on the phone, that he wanted me to wait. The place wasn't even nice enough to warrant putting up with this or waiting. TERRIBLE

Nice location if you want to be near Redhook or Secret Harbour. Best to have a car to get around. Breakfast was great. Staff is very nice.

Rather sparse accommodations. Lighting especially seemed poor. LOUD party outside our door in the common room made sleep impossible.

What made this property was not only the amenities and views but the kindness and attentiveness of the staff in securing the reservation and helping with everything. This was so critical as I was stranded at the airport late at night due to a cancelled flight and no help from the airlines! Cannot say enough about how wonderful they are!

I spent one night here after a late evening flight cancellation. The owner was awaiting my arrival and check-in was seamless. It's a quaint hotel -- almost bed and breakfast style. The staff were kind and accommodating. The bathrooms are modern and had all the basic amenities. The room and common spaces were clean and comfortable with nice sitting areas, reading materials, and an amazing view. There aren't any amenities, and the hotel is not in walking distance to anything, but the owner was helpful in making recommendations for reliable taxi service. It's the perfect place to rest and unwind after long days at the beach or in the city. It's a hidden gem tucked away on a hill. I would definitely stay here again.

Very quiet place with a great view of Red Hook Bay. I was greeted by the housekeeper who was awesome - she also made breakfast, which was a excellent! It was unstaffed most of the time, but the manager Sam was available by mobile to address questions and issues. Easy walk into Red Hook - a big plus not having to take a taxi everywhere.

Helen was a wonderful host. Breakfast was great. The property was really nice. Not sure if this has been mentioned before, but the room we stayed in was right next to the bathroom with NO PARTITION! Not even a curtain. This was probably one of the worst parts of my trip. I’m just not into handling my business with someone else in the room, because it’s literally that close. If I ever stayed again, I would speak to her about having a room with a door/wall separating the room from the bathroom. It’s kind of a big deal.

Amazing location, lovely host. Get the malibu room that comes with a porch and swing overlooking the pier. Cant go wrong with your stay here. Parking included

Two Sandals has a very calming vibe. It is located within walking distance of a beach, many restaurants, shopping, and the ferry. The breakfast was delicious and it was served on the deck overlooking a wonderful view of the sea. The entire house was very clean and well decorated. The host was awesome and very helpful with everything we needed. I would strongly recommend this B&B.
