Grand Hotel Rinascimento

The entire place was average and not a impressive stay. We thought that it was all right. They had breakfast and it was all right. I cannot think of anything else that would be important to share. It was all right

Camera spaziosa, ma odorava di fumo di altri clienti, avevo chiesto non fumatori. Acqua a malapena tiepida sia la sera che la mattina nonostante gli sforzi del personale. Frigobar deserto solo due desolate bottigliette di acqua. Termosifone in bagno freddo. Personale gentile. Colazione buona. Decisamente sovrastellato.

Premesso che siamo arrivati alle 22:30 circa e siamo ripartiti alle 07:30 circa, io e la mia compagna avevamo solo bisogno di una stanza matrimoniale per la notte, quindi mi astengo dal dare giudizi su tutto il resto. Cercando un B&B sul sito expedia mi sono imbattuto in questo hotel e per il prezzo pagato di 75 euro per un letto matrimoniale per una notte mi sembra un po troppo considerato che mi è stata assegnata una camera con due letti singoli accostati per di più con MATERASSI DI ALTEZZE DIVERSE. Conclusione alle 3 di notte tra i 2 materassi c'era un vuoto. Rilascio questa recensione negativa non per il gusto di farlo ma perché, considerate il numero di auto parcheggiate all'interno dell'hotel e il numero di persone a colazione la mattina, non credo che tutte le camere fossero occupate, quindi perché pagare una matrimoniale per avere 2 letti singoli accostati? Potevamo avere di meglio a metà del prezzo andando in un B&B. Essendo questa una critica costruttiva sono sicuro che potete fare di meglio.

I had to stay here one night for a meeting in town, drive straight from Rome airport got in before dinner time. This was suppose to be one of the best hotel in town, maybe in the 1970's… Totally old school with curtains looking like from 18th century. The bed is old school, too. But, do not shake too hard. I am glad I was only staying for one night. The town really is not too small, but somehow I could not find any charm in the hotel nor its surrounding. Dinner option was a bit lacking, I ended up having pizza. Now a day, I do not eat pizza in Italy unless I am in the Campania region.

We recently held our July wedding at rinascimento ,following our November visit we fell in love with the charm of this campobasso hotel. I have family in guardiaregia a small town just up the mountain from the town so the location was perfect. Me and my husband (from Canada ) has last minute decided to cancel our original wedding plans and opted to go away just 6 weeks prior . It was very easy to communicate through emails with the hotel and they were extremely accommodating with all of our requests and changes . We booked 5 rooms for our guests , they were lovely and located beside the terrace . We held our symbolic sand ceremony on the rooftop terrace , which gives you an amazing panoramic view. The hotel even had a small bouquet made for me. After the ceremony we spent the day in my family's home town taking photos at some of my family's homes and the church where my grandparents got married over 70 years ago . We arrived back at the hotel for 8pm for our dinner reception . It was beautiful decorated , and there was the option to open the doors of the terrace . Dinner was many courses, to start with antipasto , following a ravioli and risotto course . A beef course, a local cheese course a fruit course and they even provided a cake for us ! The food was exceptional , both in flavours and in presentation. I could not be happier with our wedding it was like a fairytale come to life ! Delusione totale. Avevo degli ospiti e mi sono trovato in serio imbarazzo. Credevo di aver prenotato in un "Grand Hotel" a 4 stelle. Tutto vecchio, abbandonato e mal funzionante.

If Possible, give it a miss.

We arrived late in the evening and were greeted by a friendly front desk clerk who organized a private meal for the 4 of us famished from our travel day. Very clean, gorgeous views of the city and mountains from our balcony. Wonderful staff. Highly recommended.

nice old building, not much around however, staff and breakfast provided were excellent
