I writing this review while waiting for ice more than 1 hour! When I call the room service he told me hotel is full Did i mentioned they tried to scam me with 2 invoices from the official restaurant? Still waiting for the ice to arrive by the way! This is one of the worst service I've encountered in any hotel even in 3 stars hotel in some area they have better room service

The best location. This hotel is very near the masjid. It took leas than 5 minutes to get to the ladies gate number 25. Amazing breakfast but very busy. The hotel is now dated and in need of an upgrade, you notice this more if you come from a 5 star hotel in Mecca.

Great service, Manager Mohammed helped me check in though I arrived 7 hours before check -time , Conceigne service was great as well as Zahed helped me book my train ticket, overall experience was wonderful
