Whether you're a tourist or a pilgrim this hotel is perfect. Everything is modern, all staff is helpful and professional and the location could not be better. The Prophet's (pbuh) Mosque is adjacent, there are hundreds of restaurants and stores and you cannot have a better view. There are always taxis waiting outside and the Hop-on-hop-off red bus tour starts on the sidewalk out front. Everything you need is already inside of your room and the employees will do everything to help you. I really enjoyed my stay here.
