Good accomodation and good customer service especially from Nazmul Khan who was exceptionally helpful with Room changes and made transfer to and from the rooms as smooth as possible.

The stay at Sofitel was comfortable and enjoyable with a very small distabce from mashid e nabwi. Concierge Islam and Oliullah served us, the service was quick and efficient. They were polite and happy to help. The stay was made very comfortable.

There was some confusion with the room and we know issues could happen any time. What makes a difference is how they solve it. This is where Sofitel shines because they deliver the solution. Ahmed S and Abdullah made our already pleasant stay even more fabulous. Thank you!

We had a fantastic stay at Sofitel Shad Al Madina. The service was truly top-notch. A special thank you to Duty Manager Ahmed Fadel and Namah at check-in they were both incredibly helpful, courteous, and made sure everything went smoothly throughout our memorable stay. The out of way service at breakfast time by Kabir Saber, Manager Abdul Karim and Chef wowed us. The serving team was always available. Service by bell boy Rabiullah was on spot The location is perfect, just steps away from the Haram, which made our visit even more special and convenient. Would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Madina and whenever we visit Madina again, Sofitel Shad Al Madina will be our go to hotel.

An amazing place with an outstanding staff who made our day by accommodating our requests as our son was not feeling well. I didn’t believe when they offered us help and if this was really possible to go so much out of the way. “Mr. Karim Saber was talking to my son with one knee on the ground” the same way that I was talking to my son. Only a father would do this for a son. Do they treated us like family not just privileged guests. Followed by the manager Mr Abdul Karim who made calls and left no stone unturned to help us and then also the chef himself Mr Basyouny who personally came to the table for help as well. Apart from the above super stars the whole team was well supported by the following who were ensuring that we get everything we ask for Mr Mohammad Abdul Hameed, Ms Isna and Mr Abu Bakar I literally have no words to praise the overall experience starting from check in to check out as the experience at check in and check out was also above extraordinary as well. Keep it up Sofitel team and Management should also pamper such an amazing team the way they pamper the guests rather treat us like family. Awesomeness delivered by SOFITEL team

Excellent stay. Comfortable rooms

Hashim is a valued member of the bellboy team. His positive attitude, respectful manner, and efficiency reflect the high standards of the hotel. With ongoing support, he has strong potential for growth.

Bellboys Masoud and Ahmad looked after our luggages during our stay at Shahd Al Madinah. Ive already made a review about the hotel but i must mention abt the bell service as well.
