Hotel Boutique Casa de la Palma

We loved how George set us up again. Made a phone call called him. Moved our suitcase and just once again made our time there amazing we have no consideration to return and go some place else .

This is the dog room and I can’t say I did not like it. Gorge. He got as a room again. This room is not often booked and water is always cold and some electronics aren’t kept up to date. The reason Why they don’t do much maintenance is because, there is an occupant in that room no longer from the living. She is a nice spirits who once lived when the hotel was still a house. She acts like is is her house and welcomes you. She just moves and makes notices in the room. But she is just trying for you to appreciate her and her hospitality. But even then I can’t cat we did not like the room or were unhappy

Great location

This is not a '4 star' hotel. It has seen better days. Hot showers were not guaranteed, 2 days out of 5 the water was cold. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was huge and the king size bed was very comfortable.

Excelente ubicación en el corazón de Puebla. La casa es preciosa, la habitación amplia con una cama muy cómoda, decoración como un viaje al pasado.

Solo poca luz en el baño. Lo demás todo muy bien!

The hotel itself is absolutely stunning. It's one of the most beautiful hotels I've ever stayed in, from the antique furniture to the artwork to the centuries-old tiles. The atmosphere was rich. The staff were all absolutely lovely. It's right in the centre of Puebla, so all major sites are within about a mile's walk.

I really would have liked to stay a few more nights.

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena esta a una cuadra de catedral y muy cercano a los sitios emblematicos.

No me gusto que no me dijeran que el estacionamiento tiene un costo adicional.
