Great location, it's just a few minutes from Matsumoto station and also on the way to Matsumoto Castle. The staff is very kind and helpful. Pros: After excellent hiking, you can use the baths at the 9th floor. - Japanese style breakfast - Laundry machines are free of charge. You only have to pay for dryer 1USD (100 ¥) - free coffee - some special soup as complimentary dinner between 9:30 pm and 11:00.

Location fantastic, onsen awesome, free coffee, free evening Ramen soup, free bike hire for 2 hours each day, super nice helpful staff. Clean, tidy and one of the best hotels for the price we have stayed in. We will definitely stay again if we get back to Matsumoto.

"great city!"

stayed here 2 nights after we did the hike from magome to tsamago, through the preserved villages along the way, great 5 mi. hike. had stayed at the dormy inn in takamatsu so we knew what to expect. easy walk from the train station. close to good restaurants. clean. good breakfast. found some very cool areas nearby. cosmopolitan feel to the city. this hotel had a good location and met all our needs. we like to be able to open the window for fresh air. room fridge was handy as was the kettle. we didn't use the onsen nor try the free noodles. i'd recommend.

"Does just what it says on the tin"

We stayed here just one night as part of a group tour. Location was great, near some nice restaurants. Staff were all nice and friendly. Room was well designed, clean and very comfortable. The products in the bathroom were really nice too. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Onsen was a treat. Location of hotel is not too bad, even as we had to drag a luggage from the train station to the hotel. Friendly staff. Business class hotel. For location, for onsen, will recommend.

Near JR station. Love the Onsen experience inside the hotel. A good place to spend your time relaxing after a long day outdoor. The kids & wife love the wide spread of buffer breakfast. Free laundry wash is a big plus but you need to pay to use the dryer though. Overall a wonderful stay & definitely value for money. Thank you!
