Please note that additional guests are accommodated on a rollaway bed. The accommodation at Reflection on the Sea is self-contained and unserviced. Initial provisions supplied include soaps; laundry, kitchen and bathroom, tea, coffee, milk, sugar and toilet paper. These are not replenished during the stay. Please note the reception hours are as follows: Monday-Friday 8:30 until 17:00 Saturday 8:30 until 15:00 Sunday 9:00 until 14:00 All guests must be over the age of 18 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the stay. Proof of age in the form of photo ID will be required prior to the release of keys. The property has the right to refuse any booking, or access to the property when the legal guardian cannot provide a current form of acceptable ID when requested at check-in or is not present at check-in, nor intends to stay at the property for the duration of the booking. Please be advised that the level 2 swimming pool and spa area will be closed from May 11th – June 12th 2026 (weather dependent) A deposit may be required at the property.

"Overpriced, undermaintained, and unclean."

1. Stained towels - brown spots covering an entire side, left as fresh towels 2. Yellow liquid pooling from the base of the toilet 3. Mould, grime and dust throughout the room 4. Sparking power adapter supplied by the hotel 5. Swimming pool out of order at check-in, not disclosed before 6. Both lifts out of service at various points, leaving one for the entire building 7. No drinking water and tap water was undrinkable 8. Confusing building layout - retail shops on ground floor, hard to find reception 9. Delivery drivers couldn’t find the entrance 10. Had to navigate through a fire door and outdoor area just to reach your room 11. Two single beds pushed together instead of a proper king 12. Overpriced relative to better hotels in the same area 13. Staff brushed off my complaints and promised escalation that never happened 14. Booking.com equally unresponsive
