Please note that additional guests are accommodated on a rollaway bed. The accommodation at Reflection on the Sea is self-contained and unserviced. Initial provisions supplied include soaps, laundry, kitchen and bathroom, tea, coffee, milk, sugar and toilet paper. These are not replenished during the stay. Please note the reception hours are as follows: Monday-Friday 8:30 until 17:00 Saturday 8:30 until 15:00 Sunday 9:00 until 14:00 All guests must be over the age of 18 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the stay. Proof of age in the form of photo ID will be required prior to the release of keys. The property has the right to refuse any booking, or access to the property when the legal guardian cannot provide a current form of acceptable ID when requested at check-in or is not present at check-in, nor intends to stay at the property for the duration of the booking. Please note that the level 2 swimming pool and spa area is closed until further notice. Access to the gym, steam room and sauna will remain available via the lounge area; guests can access Tower Two's pool during reception hours.Swimming pool: Closed from Wed, Jun 24, 2026 until Fri, Jul 31, 2026 A deposit may be required at the property.

"Went with family. Lots of room in apartment. Very comfortable. The view to the beach was incredible."

The location was sensational. Resort is so close to everything. Pool is lovely and clean and the billiard and wine room are an added bonus.

It’s been nearly 10 years since we stayed here, it’s exactly the same - Which is a good thing, the property has obviously been well looked after. Can’t beat the location.

McDonalds downstairs is a magnet for young, loud groups on a Friday and Saturday night unfortunately.

Location

We were stuck in the lift for an hour and a half on the second day of our stay. We got breakfast vouchers - however the voucher value did not cover the full cost of breakfast for a family of 5 ordering a meal each with a coffee/juice). Towards the end of our stay the other lift broke down - thankfully we were not in it this time. While I understand that these things can happen I would have thought more could have been done in terms of compensating our family ie a portion of the accommodation fee refunded (say $200-$300). But the manager made it clear that I was lucky to be given the breakfast vouchers. This was disappointing given this was our third stay at Reflections over the last 5-6 years. Also, the TV would not connect to Wi-Fi even after the technicians looked at it. The technicians were trying everything and were very courteous and apologetic but with three children it would have been nice to be able to stream their shows at night as was advertised on the check-in instructions, but unfortunately could not be fixed. If we were not paying peak season rates I may not have been as annoyed, but $4,600 is a not cheap for 6 x nights so I would have expected better customer service for that amount of money.

The unit was very clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything you would need. Just bring your clothes and food and you are set.I would go back and stay in this unit anytime.
