Reflection on the Sea

There was mould in the bathroom that management blamed on the cyclone but was clearly old. The table side lamps were also mouldy. The bed sheets were yellow. This was also blamed on the cyclone. We were changed to a different room that was cheaper than the one we booked but were not offered a refund up front. We had to insist on a refund after much debate. It took us looking at 4 different rooms to find a room that was similar to the ones Reflections are advertising. Most that we were shown had dark furnishings not in line with beach side accomodation. Too top it off there was no hot water on our first morning. Speaking to another resident who stated it was a common occurrence.

Fantastic view and location, comfortable beds. Great pool, spa and showers. Very clean.

Air conditioning didn’t work whilst we were there. Staff provided fans promptly.

Great location and room had spectacular views.

View of the beach,location to restaurants Woolworths down the road. The beds clean and extremely comfortable Room is exceptional and very well equipped with toiletries, cleaning products I can not fault have stayed twice and will only stay here as I know it is always a perfect stay.

Location great. Room layout & beds. Balcony & view. Pool & gym. Super comfy lounge suit.

General cleanliness of the rooms. Dust on un-used items, confusing welcome pack (not sure we had it). Kitchen crockery wasn't adequate for a unit that sleeps 6. 3rd bedroom had bad mouldy blinds.
