Please note that this property has a strict 'No Party Policy'. Please note that the requested bedding configuration is subject to availability. Please note that additional guests are accommodated on a rollaway bed. The accommodation at Reflection on the Sea is self-contained and unserviced. Initial provisions supplied include soaps; laundry, kitchen and bathroom, tea, coffee, milk, sugar and toilet paper. These are not replenished during the stay. Please note the reception hours are as follows: Monday-Friday 8:30 until 17:00 Saturday 8:30 until 15:00 Sunday 9:00 until 14:00 All guests must be over the age of 18 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the stay. Proof of age in the form of photo ID will be required prior to the release of keys. The property has the right to refuse any booking, or access to the property when the legal guardian cannot provide a current form of acceptable ID when requested at check-in or is not present at check-in, nor intends to stay at the property for the duration of the booking. Please be advised that the level 2 swimming pool and spa area will be closed from May 11th – June 12th 2026 (weather dependent) A deposit may be required at the property.

Couldn’t ask for a better view. Facilities were excellent, had everything we wanted. Location perfect with lots of restaurants, coffee shops etc all within easy walking distance

"The best views of the ocean"

Amazing apartments for a work retreat. We have 2 x 2 beds and 3 x 3 beds and they were all lovely. The view is amazing. The sun warms the building in the morning so it's warm enough to open the balcony doors. Great restaurants and cafes near by. The beaches are the loveliest in the Gold Coast. The Greenmount Surf Club is great. Point danger is an epically good walk. It's not as busy here as surfers but if you're looking for a more refined experience you can't fault it.

One lift for 15 floors while the other is repaired, but it was manageable
