Bed bugs. That’s all I have to say. Gross and expensive to clean. Management doesn’t seem to care

It was very nice and quiet

The worst hotel I ever been don’t do it well where should I start? Management don’t care room very dirty the pillows and the bed so uncomfortable the floor is dirty and broking I broke my nails and hurt my toe. no air conditioner or heat working the food is disgusting not fresh at all 😡 did I mention that I called three time to clean the room. They never show up.

Its pretty close to the beach. The elevator didnt work at all. There was only one elevator for the whole hotel, i went up the stairs 10 floors multiple times. Not enough parking spots, i wanted to rent bicycles but they were all damaged (they didn't break). The receptionist was HORRIBLEEEE amd there was a line to get dinner and breakfast..

Nice hotel. Needs some refreshment. Only 2 out of 4 elevators worked. I was missing the save guard at the pool ? Towels at the pools very small. Room service worked great.

The hotel was nice, the breakfast was amazing, and the location was great, but we had a toilet issue twice with it overflushing, and it was hard getting in touch with the front desk to have them address the issue as they didnt always pick up the phone/stay physically present at the front desk. The amenities were nice (the pool and the hot tub), but the hours were very irregular, and didnt always match what one front desk staff said to the next.

the hotel was quiet good. the staff was helpful and especially Marina who helped us to find the best room possible and changes it to our request. one issue is that the signal of the tv in the room is not good enough. the spa was very good. breakfast was also good.

, צוות טוב מאוד, צוות קבלה אדיב מאוד , הבנות בקבלה היו אדיבות ונתנו שירות מצוין ופרגנו ל ו בחדר טוב יותר וכשהיו בעיות מיזוג בחדר מיד נשלח מישהוא לטפל בענין . , אך המלון במצב לא טןב , מיושן זבובים בחדר אוכל , בר ולובי שאין שם כלום , ,שירות במסעדה של הבריכה חובבני ולא מקצועילכלוך באיזור מרחבים של הבריכה פשוט מלון לא מטופח , מאוד ירד ברמה לעומת מה שהיה לפני 3 שנים . לא חושבת שנחזור לשם ,
