لقد قمت بالحجز بسعر من خلال الموقع ، واتفاجأ انهم لم يحترمو ذلك وقاموا بزياده السعر وعدم اعطاءي وجبه الغداء الا بعد الدفع على الرغم من اختياري المسبق لوحبتين ، النظافة ليست كما يجب

חדר מלוכלך. היה לנו ג'וקים קטנים על השידה ליד המיטה. נראה שמישהו ריסס שם לפני שאנו ולא ניקה. מזגנים שלא עובדים בשטחים הציבוריים. מה שלא מאפשר לך להסתובב מחוץ לחדר. חוסר גיוון בארוחת. אוכל תפל ולא טעים. דלת החדר לא נסגרת עד הסוף. בקיצור לא אמליץ לאף אחד ובטח שלא אחזור.

The hotel is too big for the staff they have. My room wasn't ready until 16:30. Check in lines very long. My room way very hot.

I order and paid for a double bed and double sufa in noth rooms, but i didnt get double sufa in any.

They were nice and the meals were good. They could make the AC stronger through. We had a problem with ours and they limit how cold it can get. Overall an excellent vacation.

Hotel very old , need to remodel. Excellent food terrible service!!!

Just an average 3 star hotel - don’t overpay . Service like most places in Israel was poor services expected

This hotel while not cheap to stay in, lacks many features of a nice hotel- the towels were small and not fluffy, the toiletries in the room were garbage, and the outdoor furniture on the patio and poolside were plastic and in disrepair. We had a nice time but these things should have been a step up considering the cost. The hotel staff were all lovely, the room large and clean, but I can't wrap my head around these cut corners.

Hotel staff try to please. Rooms are dated and not in best cleanliness shape. Breakfast was plentiful and very tasty!
