The stay was terrible..... The food at breakfast was either re-heated or from the night before. I will not bevstaying at this hotel agsin... Even if it is for free Terribly managed..... Should not be charging people for such accommodation s Please take down the listing of this hotel from your website... Good day

When I arrived the receptionist gave me a wifi network without a password. When I tried it, it did not work for WhatsApp. The telephone in my room was not working. So I had to return to the reception desk (from the 14th floor). The receptionist gave me another network with a wifi password. But it also did not work. I asked to speak to the manager, but had to wait half an hour for him to come to the reception. He did not apologise. He appeared to succeed in making a connection, but within a few minutes the internet was not working again. Not until very late when most guests were asleep did the internet work. I saw online that other guests already had already complained about the internet in the hotel, but the manager had done nothing to improve the situation. The lift made a terrible noise and clearly needs to be replaced. The breakfast was like a cattle market with crowds of people pushing in every direction and no table available for me to sit down. This is an expensive hotel, so it is quite shocking that people are spending a lot of money for inferior service.

The Royal Hotel was very nice, with a sea view from every room. We had a small balcony with the sea view. The room was big with a sitting area. Tea/coffee pot included too. Breakfast/buffet was included, and delicious. Parking included too. Very close to the Dead Sea beach, just across the street. Also close to shops and restaurants.

Excellent views! The food was fantastic (you have to try their omelettes at their breakfast buffet). Great location with easy access to the beach and shops. Enjoyed the lounge area and my conversations with a very helpful staff :)

Very nice indoor spa area. It has a nice salt pool you can relax.

the hotel was very Overloaded with people. We had to wait a long time to get the room. the room was clean but the air conditioner didn't work and the hotel exchanged a room for us.

We stayed at the hotel for one night, paid a lot of money and the service we received was reasonable. There was no room service in the evening so we had to go ourselves to bring towels from the reception. Very expensive and no value

Shameful and disgusting.

Too expensive for the service received! Poor service quality! Only one receptionist for the whole hotel! Never answer the phone when needed! The hotel needs refurbishing! Nothing to be impressed about and worth £450 for a night!
