Lovely looking on the outside and comfortable guests lounge. Easy to get to and easy parking. Staff were friendly.

The rooms were dated. Bathroom at a lot of black mould around the shower and bath. The bath panel was cracked. Door handle to the room came off in our hands. Bed wasn’t that comfortable.

"“Simply The Best”"

I had the honour of conducting a lovely wedding at this hotel yesterday and afterwards stayed overnight as a guest and to say that I was treated like royalty would be an understatement, nothing was to much trouble for the wonderful GM Aaron and his amazing staff operations manager Daniel and Chloe, my room (Cruachan) was absolutely perfect a comfortable bed with an en-suite bathroom which had under floor heating (very toasty) my meal was delicious as was breakfast this morning, thank you all so much again and I do hope very much to see you all soon.
