Location fantastic Rooms are big

Room was cold and when asked staff advised heating comes on at 5pm till 8pm and 8am till 10am , throughout the night it was very cold , id suggest oil radiators placed in rooms for people who prefer to be warmer. Hot water didnt work so cold showers TV was broken on arrival , surely this should be checked prior to guests arriving to the room Bed was small and mattress was hard and pillows need replacing
