Loch Ness Country House Hotel

Location is nice, removed from bustle of Inverness but nearby. Gardens are lively as was view. Dinner and breakfast were tasty.

Main area and rooms are run down and dated. Carpets old and stained, paint chipping, furniture dreary. Truly surprised that owners would allow such deterioration.

The building and interior were beautiful. Staff were lovely and welcoming. The bed was comfortable, bathroom well appointed. Food was delicious for dinner and breakfast.

The bathroom could do with some tlc...

The hotel exceeded my expectation

The staff were excellent. Friendly and efficient. The food was amazing.

The rooms are rather tired and need an upgrade. The bathroom needs a refit as floor getting wet due to poor shower screen.

It would only suit those who have a car, as it is not in town.

Lovely hotel

We liked the helpful and very friendly staff, comfortable and relaxing lounge with open fire, exquisite food and drink options, well maintained garden. The room was large with a comfortable bed. The view across the valley added to the experience. The hotel is ideally located just outside Inverness ensuring a peaceful and pleasant stay.

We did notice that some of the equipment in the room was slightly dated but this added to the charm of the hotel and did not reduce our enjoyment of our stay.
