"Lovely hotel with nice staff"

Location was on an industrial estate. Not much within walking distance but no issues getting uber. Staff really pleasant all the time Lots of weddings taking place. Many people walking around all dressed up. Upgraded our room which was easily the best room on our tour. It included a washing machine, microwave, desk, coffee table etc. Dinning room was good and plenty of choice for breakfast. Room was clean.

Lift lobbies on the upper floors were in dark in the night. Need more lighting. Lift lobbies also need better A/C , sometimes it stinks. secondly , Fire exit staircases didn't have a door handle to open the doors from inside. so if you use staircases to go down or up , you can enter but can't come out . kindly fix door handles on 5th and 4th floor doors.
