Had an amazing experience at hotel Ramada. I was here for a week with my entire family for my wedding celebration. Mr Amit Patil did an excellent job, right from helping us with the booking process and answering our questions throughout the wedding week. He not just promptly answered our questions but also assisted with resolving any issues in a timely manner. Tushar Pawar also helped to assist us find some items that were lost during the ceremony. The entire staff right at Ramada exceeded our expectations.

The reception staff is very welcoming and helpful . Food is also good.

Extra charges of a child. . But it doesn't matter much.

My stay was pleasant. The ambiance was good and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel's location was ideal, close to attractions and transportation. The room was clean and comfortable. Overall, a satisfactory experience with good value for the price. I would recommend this hotel.

Our check-in was delayed, and at first, we secured a commitment from the hotel personnel regarding our need for adjoining rooms, as we were journeying with two children; the staff assured us they would furnish and had affirmed this. However, upon our early morning arrival following our extensive flight, we consulted the reception, and the personnel directly assigned us two distinct rooms, and when we voiced our worry, he cited a lack of availability. When we hesitated with the payment, he abruptly declared availability, and we rendered the payment. Upon entering the room, the connecting door was jammed, and the staff proved unable to unlock it. Following a 20-minute endeavor, the staff stated he would attend to it in the morning, but we demurred and descended to request a reimbursement. Subsequently, the manager engaged with us, offering regrets and such; coincidentally, the door had been unsealed by this juncture, and we consented to remain. Ultimately, it transcended mere regrets or anything similar; it pertains entirely to service, and it remains their obligation to guarantee the amenities are optimal prior to the guest's arrival. Otherwise, the sojourn proved satisfactory; we encountered no significant problems.
