Very Bad, specifically Restaurant staff need to educate customers services

Due the restuartent staff attitude and poor house keeping

Good place to stay in Navi Mumbai, close to Ghansoli office area. The surrounding area is also nice. Hotel is clean with good facilities like gym and large swimming. Staff are friendly. House keeping is excellent. Arman Ansari is very helpful in explaining the laundry service.

Staff although nice needed prompting to respond. Hotel although quite nice was just border like 5 stars. Many parts of the hotel was tired and in definite need of updating and good lick of paint. Also Managers need to keep an eye on room cleaners as it was clear the rooms were NOT wiped down properly with stains and watermarks on the doors and places. I was in Club room and expected alot more effort by staff for the cleanliness. Also asking for a simple item as a soap or a loofah from house keeping prompted a response such as ' I have to ask the supervisor'!!!! Although totally missing the point that we were 2 staying in the room but they ONLY provided for one person. Ix set of slippers, 1 x Dental set and one of everything else!!!

Best cleaning housekeeping staff Arman Ansari and best hotel good location.. I had a very pleasant experience at Ramada Hotel, especially thanks to the excellent housekeeping service provided by Mr. Arman Ansari. He was extremely polite, professional, and attentive to every detail. The room was always spotless, well-organized, and maintained with great care. His friendly attitude and willingness to help made our stay comfortable and stress-free. Truly appreciate his hard work and dedication. Ramada is lucky to have such a sincere staff member. Highly recommended!
