Country Heritage Resort Hotel

Dear Booking! I would like to report this Hotel is absolutely not acceptable for any guests! The room was very dirty and disgusting! The air-condition was dirty, it was not look like to be cleaned anytime. The reading lamps was damaged - it’s a safety issue. Although we try to stay (we arrived in the late hours, around 11 o’clock, we were very tired) but we couldn’t. After we turned off the big lights bed bugs appeared - it’s a big health risk for everybody who stay there. We ask another room - I think the issue was not suprised for the staff - they give the ‘deluxe’ but it looks like the same - dirty and disgusting. So we decided to leave them, we just give back the key and go to the nearest Novotel hotel. The Hotel now is look like a ruin, not like on the picture! Maybe the pictures created by Photoshop, or 20 year ago, I don’t know and I don’t care already. But I’m very disappointed and I don’t know how they can work with this health risk! Please check the hotel!

Not clean enough in toilet

The upgrade room that I changed when I arrived the hotel. It has the good size and bathroom. It has smart TV and other facilities.

The room that booked through booking.com. The room was so small and bad smell. The laboratory stuck or did not working. The water was drop from air conditioner on the floor. Three peoples has only two pillows and if we need one pillow more and we need pay extra money.

It was big apartment type for us, Pool was nice. location is good. 20 mins to the airport (left to the airport in the early morning).

the apartment needs renovation. AC condensation dripped to our small desk on the 3rd floor of Room 4. not much utensils for the apartment type or else you need to ask for the room service all the time. Water pressure from the shower was too slow, quite uncomfortable when taking a shower.

Generally all A. Room is not so clean B. Entrance not interesting at all C. Breakfast not so great.. so so D. Under construction E. Live music too loud and disturbance F. Blanket and towels are old G. Soap is hopeless H. Everything is old I. Location is totally out J.

- stained sheets - stained filthy mattress - dirty bathroom - stained towels - mosquitoes, bugs & fleas in the room - dim rooms - broken plugs and cabinets - dust everywhere

A nice location and quiet

Could be cleaner.

The property has Live Music every evening along with barbecue. Staff is polite and cooperative.

Cleanliness part can be improved.

Not so many varieties of food

The room is too small and not as expected. Far different from that viewed on the website.
