Country Heritage Resort Hotel

People are very kind.

Too old, dirty No elevator, card key, refrigerator..... Many insects, smoking people...

The rooms were very cheap.

The Hotel was more a dorm for students than a hotel. The pool was very very dirty. Our toilet didnt work.

The staffs not friendly at all and in the middle of the night the hotel staff letting other guest in the next room having a party laughing music and running around corridor like crazy. The room smells so much and dirty. The nightmare ever stayed in that hotel. Not fancy at all 😢🙈😎

There was one lovely guy called Tommy who was the security guard who took us to the tennis court.

Unfortunately the staff didn't seem to understand us due to language barrier which made it difficult for both parties. The room didn't smell great due to drainage in the bathroom which wasn't as the picture described. We arrived after a long flight from Taiwan and we wouldn't have minded if we was informed that there would be building noise/work at 7/8am in the morning so as you can imagine being woken up to people talking outside the room and building work it wasn't the most relaxing also luckily we put the chain on the door but someone either got the wrong room or attempted to come in at 6am. The next morning we was woken up to the phone ringing from reception for no reason. Free breakfast was OK but I asked one if the ladies going in and out of the kitchen if they had a toaster which was also translated on my phone and she laughed walked off and went in to the kitchen and didn't come back out so I popped my head in as I was waiting and she was prancing around unprofessionally to a co worker washing up.
