Hotel Rusall

The views are unbeatable, the staff was so warm and welcoming, great location and the food was excellent. Such a relaxing and peaceful place. Had a great time hanging out by the pool and having lunch or a coffee on the terrace. I also thought the breakfast was very tasty. So much food and all great quality. I will certainly go back!

L'hôtel est situé en hauteur ce qui donne une vue magnifique sur le lac. Les chambres avec vue sur le lac comporte un balcon. La piscine n'est pas chauffée mais a une magnifique vue.

Een van de best gelegen hotels! Het uitzicht is werkelijk prachtig en het hele hotel maakt hier goed gebruik van via de verschillende terrasjes en ligzetels aan het zwembad. Een verzorgde aperitief (met gratis hapjes) aan een van de tafels op het gazon, met zicht op het comomeer was een unieke ervaring. Het uitgebreide diner in het hotel met de opkomende maan boven de bergen achter het comomeer is onvergetelijk. De uitbaters waren zeer vriendelijk. Zo kregen we na het missen van het ontbijt (we hadden tot de middag geslapen) toch nog een koffie en croissant aangeboden zodra ze ons beneden zagen aankomen. Enige nadeel: op deze site staat duidelijk aangegeven dat elke kamer voorzien is van airconditioning, terwijl dit in de praktijk niet het geval is. Er is enkel een lawaaierige plafondventilator. Ze hebben recent een nieuw gebouw bijgeplaatst met kamers voor gezinnen dat wél is uitgerust met airconditioning, maar als je een tweepersoonskamer boekt, moet je het dus zonder stellen. Ik heb dit doorgegeven aan de uitbater en aan hotels.com, dus hopelijk wordt dit snel aangepast bij de kamergegevens op deze website.

Siisti, perinteinen hotelli. Uima-allas oli hyvä lisä. Huoneissa ei ole ilmastointia, joten kannattaa yrittää saada parvekkeellinen huone (katossa on tuuletinvalaisin). Hotellin lähistöllä on pari ravintolaa mutta muut palvelut ovat alhaalla, joten autoa tarvitsee liikkumiseen. Hotellilla on ilmainen parkkihalli maan alla. Näkymät Como-järvelle sen sijaan ovat huikeat!

Vi hade en fantastisk upplevelse på detta hotell. Jätte rent och mysigt hotell. Vi fick en riktigt italiensk hemna känsla av hotellet med underbart trevliga människor som jobbade där.

Our family had three fantastic days at the Rusall Hotell. Lovely serviceminded staff! The view over Ballagio and the Como lake is magnificent. Perfect photo location!

family run business by lovely people. I believe it should be the first destination if you go to como at first time. Car is necessary as the hotel is up to hill takes 25 mins walk from Tremezzino. They have great food and service. Stunning view. One of my best staying globally.

The place was very cute and had amazing views towards the top of the mountain. The breakfast was good! I wouldn't reccoemnd staying here if you don't have a car. Difficult to find a taxi and it's a very steep walk back to the hotel after going into town. Very nice owners that drove us to the ferry when we were leaving, which is at the bottom of the hill from the hotel. There's also no AC so it was very hot as we went in the summer. Overall a nice place just rent a car.
