AUThe rooms themselves were beautiful and comfortable. Washing machines were free and quality (when you could access one but it was snow season - entirely fair; most places don't have access to washing machines and not for free). Great drying room for ski/snow gear. Great location.
The food was really low quality. Did not cater to vegetarians. Food was also expensive. Staff were unwilling to compromise despite significant heads-up with dietary limitations (never had this problem in Japan for). This is a deal breaker when so many neighbouring establishments offer better accommodations and food for less money.

USIt could accommodate 3 of us with two beds and a large room with futons on tatami mats. The staff was very helpful. There is a store on the property that has snacks and there are food trucks nearby. The breakfast and dinner were good. It was close to the slopes and near the bus stop.
It was very basic. There is not much in the area if you don’t ski. The food choices are limited.
AULocation is great and easy to access shuttle bus. Ski out was easy, we couldn't find the access to ski back in to venue?
The venue is quite tired and in need of some substantial upgrades. The amenity level in the room we had was very dated, with leaking windows and definite upgrade required to bathroom and toilet rooms.

Hard to communicate if you don’t speak Japanese
USAUAmazing location right on the slopes so you can ski in and out. The amount of snow and how empty the slopes were made it an incredible experience.
Lack of information in English, but that’s understandable considering most guests weren’t English speaking.
PHThe location was great. I found it to be a warm building with friendly helpful staff and decent breakfast. Nice Japanese style room. Properly heated with plenty of hot water and everything else functioning well.
There was nothing not to like about this place.
