Bettei Senjyuan

7 course dinner and a choice of western or japanese breakfast. Each meal is an exceptional culinary experience. Simply fantastic. The place is well kept and the staff is friendly and helpful. One of the best stay I have had.

Nothing bad about Senjyuan, this place is perfect and suitable for family stay. We stayed for 2 nights and decided to extend 1 more night because it was too good.

The hotel is modern Japanese. It is really spacious with the atmosphere of luxury. Also, it is along side of Tanigawa river which has a nice view and water flow sound.

I think the food is already good but it can be better to make this hotel 5 stars.

This is an excellent ryokan with very professional staff who paid close attention to detail. the room are clean and bright.

設備がよくサービスもよく料理も美味しい。 スタッフの気遣いや人柄も素晴らしいと思いますが、隙のないサービスではなく、どこかほっとする居心地の良い空間でした。

建物、温泉、大変良かった。　従業員の対応も素晴らしかった。　ただ一つ、大変残念だったのは食事でした。旅行の楽しみの半分は夕食。　ミシェランでも評価されているくらいなので、さぞや夕食はいいだろうと期待していました。　京都懐石のような料理らしいのですが、盛り付け、味は三流でした。　期待していたのが裏切られたようでがっかりです。　ここの料理長は本当に味音痴ではと感じるくらい不味かったです。　盛り付けも三流で。　温泉や建物は95点ですが、料理は40点でお金を返して貰いたいくらいです。本当に失望しました。 これがメインかどうか分かりませんが、薄っぺらく透き通るような牛肉が２枚と増量の意味か大振りのレタス、スーパーで買ってきたようなキノコ少々。　味？最低でした。

コロナ禍、群馬は解除されたものの、自粛ムードは変わりません。妻の誕生日と結婚30周年で、また宿泊したい旅館ナンバー1の別邸　仙寿庵にお世話になりました。施設内を満喫し、諏訪峡をお散歩してマイナスイオンを吸収しました。お食事もおもてなしも間違いないです。ありがとうございました。
