友人の紹介で予約しました とにかくホスピタリティが最高 お庭にある読書室も落ち着けて、温泉も楽しめて、もう一泊したいくらいでした また行きます

Wow! This was my absolute favorite stay in Japan and way better than staying at a 5-star restaurant in the heart of Tokyo. Service was amazing and kind. We will never forget the kindness and treatment we received at this place. The onsen experience was amazing and I would definitely recommend it to anyone going to Japan for the first time, especially a private onsen in your room. The breakfast and dinner served was amazing and I cannot wait to come back here again.

Nothing - The only annoying thing was there was no information regarding getting to the hotel from the train station. We did not organise a pickup, luckily the staff at the train station organised a pick up for us and we waited about 10 minutes for staff at the hotel to pick us up on the bus. Also, another negative was at the end, once we checked out we still needed to wait over an hour for the bus to take us back to the hotel. This is as the told us the bus would come at a certain time but it didn't and we needed to wait.

Very beautiful accommodations- first time staying at a ryokan with a very young child and they were very accommodating! The location was gorgeous, the private and public baths were beautiful and relaxing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would love to visit again.
