I liked the property with private outdoor onset and the room was so pretty and comfortable.

But the food made me very disappointed. This hotel charged almost us$700- I could not believed they only gave three pieces of beef and two pieces salsimi plus two small pieces of salmon sushi, others are vegetables for dinner. No any seafood was provided, no any special sauce provided for food. Compared to the one I stayed not far from this hotel, the price was just half of this one, the food was so delicious and a lot of food including different kinds of seafood. I hope they can improve and make us think worth the money we pay.

三度目の利用でしたが私が過去にリクエスト内容が全て残っており心地よく滞在出来ました。 なんと言ってもスタッフ様の対応！言葉使いは名の有る温泉旅館に泊まっていますが仙寿庵さんが一番だと思います。

This was a very good experience all around. A bit remote from the tourist cities of Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka, but a hotel pick up from the local JR line was really useful. The hotel was very picturesque, but the highlight was the individual onsens within each room. The staff were very friendly and attentive, but a special shout out to Wakana took the famous Japanese hospitality to a whole new level. 10/10!

The meals were superb, and a great way for discover specialised and traditional Japanese cuisine. The staff were plentiful and very attentive. Wakana Saito who served our meals and assisted us throughout our stay spoke excellent English, and was a genuinely warm and friendly lady. The room and attached spa bath on the balcony was first class.

Minor, but a lack of English language channels on TV.

仙寿庵は、宿泊すること自体を旅行の最大の目的となる特別なお宿で、スタッフみなさまの「おもてなし」、美味しいお料理、ゆっくり浸かれるお風呂、隠れ家的な図書室、いつ行っても、どんな季節に訪れても、心から満足出来る極上のお宿です。 大人の温泉旅館としてとてもお勧めです。
