Burg-Hotel Relais du Silence

The hotel is very charming and the staff is incredibly helpful. We checked in rather late and, rather than have my elderly parents climb several stairs, the man who checked us in offered a free upgrade (unprompted). Thoughtful details made this a very special visit.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the Burg Hotel. I was in a great location and had a large well decorated room. The premiere thing about the hotel was the staff. Otto the manager was Old World service with courtesy, attentiveness, and very helpful with all our questions. He gave some recommendations that were very helpful and saved us much time looking for the sites in Rothenburg.

We stayed one night at the hotel and found it to be a convenient location in a quiet area of the old town. The breakfast was nice and in a room with an astounding view of the adjacent countryside. The proprietor was very cordial and helpful.

Everything about this hotel was a rewarding and pleasurable experience. We were greeted so warmly and treated with genuine care.

Nice, helpful and friendly staff. Quite environment and buffet breakfast is of high quality. Parking space provided as well.

Totally amazing! The hosts were so accommodating and friendly. Sure hope we can come back someday! Plus Rothenburg is a dream!!

Beautiful old hotel with fabulous views. Our room was very spacious; bathroom beautiful, sitting room and bedroom with lovely canopy bed. Breakfast was lovely and delicious. Fresh made carrot and ginger smoothie, freshly made eggs, plus all the meats, cheeses, cereals, jams, fruit. Truly a feast. And served on lovely china. The staff is wonderful . Would absolutely stay here again.

Very good sunset view on the top floor. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was helpful. It’s centrally located and we could stroll along the village easily.

We love this place. It is family run and very tastefully updated. We highly recommend it.
