The apartment was spacious with three bedrooms, each with ensuite. The location, staff were perfect. Had the most amazing massage there in the spa. I will definitely stay again, it was comfortable and so spacious with lovey views over the river.

We stayed on two different occasions, First time we were given an apartment on the 2nd floor, this was slightly dated and needs updating. 3rd floor apartments appeared to be more modern and refurbished recently. For a 5* accommodation I expected the cleaning to be spotless. Probably being petty but the doors of the bathrooms had water marks which needs to be wiped down, also the hot water didn't work in the master suite on the 2nd floor. The breakfast was ok.

Nothing you completely rope me I only stay three days I don’t your staffs

All don’t like will review on your website how bad your treat us I book for night I have informed you o the day we check in that my schedule changed. I like to change one day and have been agreeable. But at the end I can’t my get it’s you staff manipulated the words very bad and disappointed I end stay only three nights you are very bad people I nearly have no place to stay .
