rate no with service or hotel confort. room with ventilation problem

the hotel does have parking but no elevator from the garage so you have to carry your bags up a long flight of stairs. The garage is secure as it is guarded 24hours. Although I booked through hotels.com they didn't have a record of the reservation so make sure you bring a copy of your confirmation. The single room although reserved for two people only includes breakfast for 1. They charge an additional $5 for breakfast. The rooms are adequate and comfortable enough. I tried to close the curtain and it fell apart. The hotel is located in a good neighbor and is convenient if you are going to the airport as traffic in San Salvador can be bad.

The carpet was filty , everything in the room was old out dated . Hotel.com send me a message my reservation didn't go thru and ask me to try again I did and end up had to reservations now hotel.com says the hotel didn't answer to get my refund couldn't get in contact by phone so I could canceled the other reservation so I'm very unplease with that hotel and hotel.com for they don't care about the costumer just the money that will generate and will be the last time I'll use hotel.com

dark and dreary. If clean and light impression would be better.

The rooms only have 2 pillows and their were flat, I was expecting a list to see 4 pillows.

Did not speak Spanish, so I was very glad to receive great service in English. Convenient garage for parking. Loved the breakfast.

Everything was good except I saw tiny little roaches it didn't really bother me but still, for the price I gets it's good

The experience was not nice the first room they gave me was dirty n with cocroches, then we complain about that and they gave us another room that doesn't have card key system, you open it with a regular key, but they gave us a card key, then we had to downstairs again to let them know, and they ended up giving us another room with an air conditioner too old and noisy, was really bad!

This place has real advantages in location. If you are on business at the University, la UCA or need a quick getaway to the airport (30 mins) it is well appointed. Otherwise it has little to recommend it. The mattress on my bed was so hard it was like a wooden board. The breakfast is the saddest thing you have ever seen....tepid, barely warm eggs, frijoles and platanos gently stewing under an overhead light. No real choice. I saw no fruit at all. The hotel is clean the reception desk friendly, but pay ten dollars more and get a better deal. This place looks tired and in need of an overhaul.

Run down, little maintenance. Not bad for the price. Comfortable clean room. Poor condition of Shower -tub. Decent breakfast, but no variety.
