"Mariachis playing at 1:30 am on 6th floor corridor"

At 1:30 am, trio or mariachis playing loud music at my door on the 6th floor corridor!!! I have a 3 year-old girl sleeping next to me, she woke up crying, i called frontdesk after 4 songs, the guy was knocking the woman's door, sure they were drunk!!! Carpet and wallpapers old and dirty. Moldy bathtub. Waste of money!!! Very expensive, not worthy!

"Trio playing on 6th floor corridor at 1:30 am!!!"

Terrible experience ever. A Trio (mariachis) playing loud music on the 6th floor corridor at 1:30 am. Playing almost 5 songs until my daughter called frontdesk (my 3 year-old granddaughter was sleeping in the front door room of the serenade). Dirty and old wallpaper and carpet. Dirty bathtub. Noisy toillet. Awful experience!!!

"So-so hotel"

Just a so-so hotel. Located a little off the city center. Near a super-market. Also have nearby a Pizza Hut, Wok-on-fire Chinese restaurant & some other restaurants. Can get Taxi easily from here nearby the super-market. Also have nearby Bank & ATMs. Hotel staff is helpful. Rooms are big & have Air-condition. The look of the hotel is quite old including the lobby, room, breakfast hall. Very few guests in the hotel while we stayed. Breakfast is served daily including bread, butter, jam, fruits, juice, some other eatables. About 45 minutes drive to airport. Wifi is not very good but not too bad too for business work.

"stay away from this hotel"

Awful stay. Hotel old and run down. Badly in need of upgrading. Horrendous experience as there were roaches in my bathroom every night for 5 days (every day they said they'll sort it out. It never happened). Strongly recommend that you stay somewhere else.

"No bad but could find better"

Had high hopes for this hotel as it was only a few pounds less than the crown plaza, but I wish I'd spent those extra few. The hotel has seen better days. It's rather gloomy downstairs and bathrooms need lots of work. I had to ask for towels in my room. However the staff were nice and it's far from the worst place you could stay in the city. Just don't expect luxury.

Clean, friendly staff, close to good restaurants I loved it. Close to shopping. Pain getting in and out of city because of heavy traffic but otherwise good overall. Easy basement parking. It was a short stay so didn't get around the hotel much.
