Hotel Capital

Conveniently located near shopping, major roadways and restaurants. The hotel main areas and room maintained clean. Rooms in need of some update as they're showing their age. But their biggest asset is the attentive staff. Enjoyed our stay.

Hotel is close to all areas and easy to move around the city.

I called several times for room service at 8pm and the phone was like disconected. Then I called to reception and they tryed to help me.... at the end I went across the street for meals...

My experience was nice, im happy with the service, the food in the hotel was good

Hotel Capital is about a 20 minute drive to the airport. It is an older facility, but clean. The staff was friendly and accomodating, but none of them spoke any English. The food in the restaurant was delicious, and the rooms were comfortable. We got in around 9pm and the staff was able to arrange for a taxi to pick us up at 5AM. Overall, we enjoyed our very short stay.

They forgot to have my room serviced ... not p-lease got to the hotel the next day my towels still wet from the day before .... not very clean .

I'm glad there was an alarm clock in the room because we would have missed our plane because the woman at the front desk forgot to give us the requested wake-up call at 6 am. The guy went we checked in at 7pm was very impolite... Overall the hotel is OK, but the mattress is hard and the bed-linen could use a face lift (sheet are worn out).

The room temperature was not wright at the moment that I enter.

Hotel was quiet, close to most locations need it, good service, Bathroom moldie and Pool in bad shape
