Guest house Halvat

This little hotel was everything and more what I expected. We had the room at the very top and it was superb. Very neat and clean abd comfortable for the 3 of us. 2 adults plus 15yr old son. It's right in the middle of old town with plenty of places to eat, cafes and bars. Very lively area. Ema an Emina were wonderful hosts and provided a fantastic breakfast. I wish we had more time here and will definitely come back. If using garage make sure you have small car as I used all my skills to get out of car once parked...hehe. Pozdrav od Nenad I familija

Large, comfortable, attractive room in a small hotel a five-minute walk from Old Town with good access to trams that go throughout the city. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast service. WiFi was spotty when we were there, but they said they were having it fixed.Overall, an excellent value, hightly recommended.

A lovely experience. The staff make House Halvat exceptional. They were charming and helped us in numerous ways, organising drivers, rental cars, providing advise on activities and where to visit. The house is located just a couple of minutes from the Old Town which houses plenty of restaurants and coffee houses. It was a fantastic choice.

We only stayed for a night but it was a great stay. Perfect location, great privacy and most importantly owners were very welcoming and helpful. I would highly recommend halvat

I only stayed for two nights and really wish I could have stayed longer. The staff - Emma and Amina- were extremely hospitable and helpful. Emma's omelettes were brilliant. My room was very adequate in terms of size and layout. The guest house is suitably situated close to the old town which is a fantastic area to walk around. Hvala vam!!

My husband and I had a great stay at the Halvat Guesthouse in Sarajevo! The guest house is very close to downtown (a 5-minute walk at most), the rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast was great, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Emina was working the front desk while we were there and was great for recommending places to see and eat (and was also very friendly and welcoming--very easy to get along with!). We would stay here again in Sarajevo for sure!
