All the properties managed by GCHR are fully self-contained apartments with full laundry facilities. All apartments are cleaned prior to and after your stay. Apartment linen and bath towels are provided as part of the tariff. This does not include beach or swimming towels. The property has been stocked with an initial supply of complimentary items such as soap, detergent, tea and coffee, milk and toilet supplies for your convenience. These items are not replenished during your stay. Supermarkets and convenience stores are located nearby. Guests are to supply their own beach and pool towels. Please note that check-in is only available at the HRSP.com.au office.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Convenient location and amenities but the apartment needs a clean and revamp"

Perfect location and views of surfers and the beach, Great facilities like the pools and sauna. The apartment was equipped with all the kitchen utensils needed to cook at home.

Key pick up location was a bit of a walk from the actual accommodation. The apartment needed a clean. Carpets and couches had dust and made us all sneeze. One of the shower drain closed up mid stay and Staff were hard to get a hold of via phone call to resolve this. There were not extra blankets and the heater didn’t work.

Location

Room was not serviced. Had to buy dishwashing detergent, toilet paper, laundry liquid and no room service was given in ten days.

Location was good. Close to public transport and walking distance to shops and beach.

The king size bed in main bedroom. Extremely hard and very uncomfortable!
