All the properties managed by GCHR are fully self-contained apartments with full laundry facilities. All apartments are cleaned prior to and after your stay. Apartment linen and bath towels are provided as part of the tariff. This does not include beach or swimming towels. The property has been stocked with an initial supply of complimentary items such as soap, detergent, tea and coffee, milk and toilet supplies for your convenience. These items are not replenished during your stay. Supermarkets and convenience stores are located nearby. Guests are to supply their own beach and pool towels. Please note that check-in is only available at the HRSP.com.au office.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

Great location to public transport, beach and eateries.

Apartments had a VERY strong cleaning smell when we arrived, it was suffocating and we had to open all the windows and doors. The checkout cleaning protocol is ridiculous, you pretty much have to clean the whole apartment yourself otherwise get charged for simply leaving the dishwasher full of clean dishes.

It was clean

The directions to find the keys was poor and then to find where the parking was was worse, once we found out it was actually the Hilton parking we entered followed the yellow line only to get to gate b2 with no signs to b3 or 4. After driving around for ages eventually went through b2 gate to find the signs for b3 and b4. Not well written on the envelope instructions at all.
