All the properties managed by GCHR are fully self-contained apartments with full laundry facilities. All apartments are cleaned prior to and after your stay. Apartment linen and bath towels are provided as part of the tariff. This does not include beach or swimming towels. The property has been stocked with an initial supply of complimentary items such as soap, detergent, tea and coffee, milk and toilet supplies for your convenience. These items are not replenished during your stay. Supermarkets and convenience stores are located nearby. Guests are to supply their own beach and pool towels. Please note that check-in is only available at the HRSP.com.au office.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

Beds/ mattresses - old mismatched beds, very worn and uncomfortable., kitchen not cleaned properly - range hood still oily, vacuum provided does not work. Old tvs - no smart tvs

Someone from the staff came into the apartment whilst we were there and put a key on the bench when we tried telling them they only gave us one key instead of two. Instead of communicating this to us that they were wrong and will organise a new key - all of a sudden one appeared on the bench with no message or notification to say that had been arranged. It felt totally like a lack of privacy and really creepy and strange considering we sent them messages asking if we can pick up a second key that was never given to us. Very uncomfortable and would not recommend to anyone if that is how unprofessional the staff are that they just access the property whilst you’re there without a word.

"It was a good stay ignoring few things"

Right across to the beach and eminities.

There are 6-7 night clubs adjacent to the building which created loud noice after 10pm. The second room window could not be closed fully making the sound worst and air leak. Carpet requires steam cleaning.

The location was excellent, the views from the balcony was absolutely stunning, the apartment 👌 I would highly recommend this place to antobe and everyone. Everything iscright outside your doirstep, love our stay ❤️

Finding your parking spot was a bit tricky and I would suggest to unload before parking. Our spot was a little tight but no other complaints.
