Staff is great. The environment is relaxing, respectful and nice. Good location.

If if were for the staff I would have given 5 stars but the rooms and pool left no good impression. For a 4 star reviewed place it was very disappointing. Our room had a little patio with some furniture and pillows where nasty, stained and dirty. We also got some nasty towels left in the room. The pool had some mold all over, like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. Based on the price, would not recommend this place at all.

The property is located in somewhat of an isolated area with not much around it to see or do, The room was small but clean. One thing to be aware of is there is no air conditioning just a ceiling fan. The bathroom was very small but once again equipped with very basic supplies. The Front Desk personnel was very patient about answering the many questions I had about San Jose in general and were very personable. If you are looking for a quiet out of the way place to stay then this property would work for you--if you are wanting to be closer to San Jose or not wanting to walk a long distance to do things then I would recommend looking at something closer to the downtown San Jose area.

Amenities versus price is aceptable. Food and beverages too expensive.

Quiet comfortable hotel Good WIFI, comfortable bed, clean and safe.

Very nice ambiance and quite. Clean and staff were very professional.

Catered to the LGBTQ community. Close to a bus route that went to the city centre. Uber to and from airport was very readonably priced. Staff is friendly and helpful. Has a nice sized pool.....but could use even a solar heater to warm the water. Coffee is commentary and availabke all day.

Very nice staff who tried their best. Poor and few food choices, my room stank of chlorine, poor internet, little choice in food or activities in the vicinity. The safe in my room had a lock but I have no idea where the key was. The door to my room wouldn’t close well from the inside and I found it wide open when I woke up.
