Hilary our host was exceptional in every way, as soon as we arrived she made us feel so welcome and was so accommodating and helpful. The room and the rest of the property exceeded my expectations in every way; everything we could ever need was provided for us, the room was so clean and beautifully furnished, the breakfast was lovely, and being able to drop our bags early/leave our bags behind after check-in was super helpful too. I've already been recommending this property to friends!

"A really relaxing stay in beautiful surroundings!"

Beautiful decor and really comfortable. It was a great location within easy walking distance of the new and old towns- loved that it was so peaceful! The hosts were really accommodating. Would highly recommend and we will definitely book again the next time we are in Edinburgh 🤩

Attention to detail is wonderful. Bathrobes, fluffy towels, beautiful decor, sumptuous Scottish natural toiletries. Extraordinary tea and coffee selection in the room...even oat milk! Coffee maker and mini fridge. The super king bed was so comfy after our theatre trip. Breakfast was a true continental. Meats, cheeses, cereals, beautiful berries and yogurts. Juices, tea and coffee. Everything was there. All delivered to a high standard. We will be back.

Lovely garden room which was very comfortable. Welcoming hostess.

Good to get breakfast at the property, but it would to have been good to get nice warm croissants .
