I was very happy with the room and breakfast proved. The location was only a short walk to the Royal Mile plus gave me opportunity to find different sites to visit. Hillary was very happy to help with any assistance I needed. Thank you, Hillary, for the wonderful stay.

Everything was fantastic 😊

It was a bit out the way of all the attractions Edinburgh has to offer perhaps because we are not use to walking so much and it was our first visit 😊

Everything about this place was amazing. From Hilary & Martin being the loveliest hosts, the room was perfect. Beautiful decor, warm & friendly. Delicious breakfast every morning. Nothing was too much trouble, restaurant recommendations, lunch tips. Hilary was also kind enough to stay & let me work on my laptop until my room was ready rather than going to find somewhere else until 3. Just the best experience!

"Lovely short stay close to the City."

Great location, friendly staff, small establishment in residential area very close to the city but surprisingly quiet at night.

Both beds were quite uncomfortable in the twin room.
